Eligibility
• M.Tech. in Nanoelectronics/microelectronics/sensors or related disciplines with experience in semiconductor devices/sensors and simulation. • M.Sc. (Chemistry/Physics) with valid qualification. • GATE-qualified candidates with a B.Tech (CGPA above 8.0) in Electrical Communication Engineering or related disciplines. • Knowledge of semiconductor, first principles simulation/density functional theory is desirable.
Age Limit

Salary
• INR 37,000/- p.m. for the first two years and INR 42,000/- p.m. for the third year.
