Eligibility
• Chief Executive Officer (CEO): PhD in Biological/ Pharmacological Sciences with a minimum of 10 years of progressive industrial experience in the biopharmaceutical sector. • Business Development Officer/ Project Manager: MBA degree in business, marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, licensing within the pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO industry involving biologics/biosimilars or allied products. OR Master's degree in any branch of life Sciences with at least 5 years of experience in the above-mentioned areas. • Senior Scientist: PhD in Biological Science / Biotechnology/ Life Science/ Pharmacological Sciences with a minimum of 5 years of post-PhD experience in reputed national/international laboratories and/or relevant industry experience in biological therapeutics and product development. • Scientist / Post-Doctoral Fellow (PDF): PhD in Biological Science/Life Science/Biotechnology/ Pharmacological Sciences with 0 to 3 years of post-PhD experience.
