Important Instructions
• The positions are purely contractual for six months and can be extended on mutual consent. • The engaged candidate has to execute an agreement with NIOS, renewable on the basis of satisfactory performance. • Contract staff are not part of the regular staff and get no special preference in recruitment to regular posts. • The engaged candidate has no vested right, before or after the contract period, to ask for regularisation or absorption in NIOS. • During the contract, if required, the staff will have to proceed to any part of India and perform the duties assigned in connection with NIOS work. • NIOS reserves the right to fill or not to fill any position without assigning any reason. • No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview. • Any corrigendum, extension or update will be published on the NIOS website only.
