• The application fee of Rs.500/- shall be paid through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Director, NIMS, Hyderabad, or through IP Billing, Ground floor, Old Building, NIMS. • The application fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. • The selected candidate shall not have any claim to regular appointment in NIMS, absorption into Government service, regularization of service, continuation beyond the contractual period, or seniority or any service benefits applicable to regular employees. • Before joining duty, the selected candidate shall execute an agreement with NIMS accepting all terms and conditions of the contractual engagement. • The decision of the Director, NIMS, Hyderabad, on eligibility, acceptance or rejection of applications, penalty for false information, interview dates, mode and methodologies of selection, and issuing appointment orders will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained. • The Director, NIMS, reserves the right to increase, decrease, modify or cancel any vacancy or the entire notification without assigning any reason. • Any dispute arising out of this recruitment shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Hyderabad only.
