• A duly constituted screening committee shortlists the applications. It then decides the final list of candidates called for the interview or written test. • The management may call only the candidates it judges to rank high on the eligibility criteria. Holding the essential and desirable qualifications and the experience does not by itself give a right to be considered. • The management may limit the number of candidates called for interview, depending on the response for each post. • The management may decide not to fill a post for administrative reasons. It may also reject any application or cancel this notification at any stage.

• Download the prescribed application format from the NIEPMD recruitments page. • Fill in the form and attach attested photocopies of the supporting documents. • If you are not exempt, pay the Rs.590 fee online. • Submit the application online within 30 days of the advertisement's publication in Employment News. No other mode of application is accepted. Documents to upload: • Attested photocopies of certificates supporting the application • A latest Experience-cum-Service Certificate from your present employer, issued after this advertisement was published. It must state the post you hold now, the date of first appointment to that post, its pay level and the duties you handle. If this certificate is not uploaded, the application is rejected. • Last 5 years' APAR (for applicants serving in a Government organisation) • "Endorsement of the Present Employer" in the prescribed format (for applicants presently in service) Other conditions: • NIEPMD(D) does not arrange travel, boarding or lodging.
