Salary
Particulars: Terms & Conditions Nature of Appointment: Contractual, in the cadre of Deputy General Manager (DGM) Remuneration: Rs. 35 Lakhs per annum (all inclusive). Remuneration will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and shall be negotiable with the selected candidate. Leave: 12 days of Casual Leave (CL) per calendar year. Proportionate CL if the contract starts mid-year. Un-availed leave will not be carried forward. Other Facilities: TA/DA, mobile, and laptop facility as per entitlement for a DGM Scale officer. Rail/Air travel entitlement as applicable for DGM Scale officer. Termination of Contract: The contract may be terminated by either party by giving the other three months' notice. Superannuation Benefits: No superannuation benefit shall be applicable. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure: The appointee must furnish a confidentiality and non-disclosure undertaking in the prescribed format on stamp paper of requisite value at the time of joining.
