Post Name: Remuneration Range (per month) Consultant - ED Secretariat: Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,20,000 Senior Consultant - ED Secretariat: Rs. 90,000 to Rs. 1,50,000 Consultant (Legal) - ED Secretariat: Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,20,000 Lead Consultant - IT Division: Rs. 1,30,000 to Rs. 1,70,000 Advisor - Public Health Administration: Rs. 2,20,000 to Rs. 2,60,000 (negotiable) The fee offered within each band is commensurate with the candidate's qualification and experience. In addition to remuneration, NHSRC Consultants are entitled to free accidental insurance, subsidized medical insurance, mobile bill reimbursement, laptop reimbursement (as per NHSRC policy), 30 days consolidated leave, fully paid maternity leave for female consultants (as per Government of India policy), performance-linked increments, and TA/ DA plus per diem for on-duty visits. The Advisor (PHA) post additionally includes a dedicated sedan car.
