Detailed eligibility is as follows: • Super Speciality Doctor (Professor of Neonatology): MBBS + MD in Paediatrics + DM/DNB in Neonatology + minimum 3 years teaching experience as Associate Professor in a NMC recognised Medical College. • Specialist Doctor - Paediatrics: MBBS + PG Degree/Diploma in Paediatrics (or DNB) + Permanent Registration with TCMC/Kerala Medical Council. Preference for Developmental Paediatrics fellowship. • Audiologist cum Speech Therapist / Audiologist (NPPCD): Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) + Valid RCI Registration + 3 years post-qualification experience. • Assistant Quality Assurance Officer: MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) or equivalent (MSc Hospital Management / MBA Healthcare / Hospital Administration).
