Selection Process
Selection will be based on scrutiny of applications and supporting documents submitted through proper channel, followed by assessment by the Selection Committee. There is no written examination. Stage 1 – Application Scrutiny & Document Verification Detail: Description Basis of Selection: Scrutiny of bio-data, service record, APAR/ACR ratings, qualifications, experience and suitability for the post Channel: Application must come through proper channel - Employer/Head of Office/Forwarding Authority must certify all particulars and enclose ACRs/APARs Tie-Breaking: Selection Committee's assessment of overall suitability, ACR/APAR grades and domain experience Key Deputation Service Conditions: Condition: Details Period of Deputation: Initially 3 years or till further orders, whichever is earlier Absorption into NCLT: Can be considered after 1 year of deputation with satisfactory performance. NOT a matter of right - based solely on NCLT's need and Recruitment Rules 2020. GPRA: Only officers already availing GPRA in parent body can continue the benefit. How to Apply
Candidates shall apply offline only using Prescribed Application Proforma (Annexure-II). Applications must be submitted through proper channel only - via the Employer/Head of Office/Forwarding Authority. Applications sent directly by the candidate without being forwarded through proper channel will not be considered. Incomplete applications or those not accompanied by required documents will not be considered. Steps to Apply: • Step 1: Download Application Proforma (Annexure-II) and eligibility conditions (Annexure-I) from www.nclt.gov.in under "Career". • Step 2: Fill in Annexure-II completely. Attach self-attested passport size coloured photograph. State clearly in Section 19 how you are best suited for the post. • Step 3: Attach all required documents (see list below). • Step 4: Submit the complete application to your Employer/Head of Office/Forwarding Authority for certification and forwarding. • Step 5: Forwarding authority sends the complete application to the Secretary, NCLT on or before the last date. Important Instructions
• Applications must be submitted through proper channel only - via Employer/Head of Office/Forwarding Authority. Direct applications will not be accepted. • Candidates who apply will NOT be allowed to withdraw their application subsequently. Candidates unwilling to join upon selection must NOT apply. • Absorption into NCLT is NOT a matter of right. It will be done only based on NCLT's need and as per NCLT Recruitment Rules 2020.
