Eligibility
• Consultant Grade-II (For Exhibition): Master's degree in a relevant subject or a degree earned after 4 years of study post 10+2. More than 15 years of experience as Project Incharge in literary festivals, ideation, conceptualization of literary sessions, outreach, coordination with authors/speakers, brochure creation, branding, event management, and organizing large-scale B2C, B2B, and international events. Fluency in English and Hindi is required. • Consultant Grade-I (For Exhibition): Master's degree in a relevant subject or a degree earned after 4 years of study post 10+2. More than 10 years of experience as Project Incharge or in a supervisory capacity in literary festivals, ideation, conceptualization of literary sessions, outreach, coordination with authors/speakers, brochure creation, branding, event management, and organizing large-scale B2C, B2B, and international events. Fluency in English and Hindi is required. • Literary Festival Curator: Bachelor's degree, preferably in literature/humanities/social sciences. 5-7 years of experience in literary event/event planning management, book events, and knowledge of the publishing industry.
