Post: Pay Scale (Per Annum) Professor: USD 30,000 - 45,000 Associate Professor: USD 20,000 - 35,000 Assistant Professor: USD 15,000 - 25,000

Selection Process
The notification states that fulfilling the minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview call. Where a large number of applications are received, the university may restrict the number of candidates called forward based on academic record, qualifications, experience, publications, and overall suitability. The university reserves the right to conduct any combination of the following, in online or offline mode: • Written test • Seminar/presentation • Interview • Any other assessment process deemed appropriate

Important Instructions
• Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will be summarily rejected, and no correspondence will be entertained regarding them. • Eligibility is assessed based on qualifications, experience, and publications held on or before the last date of submission. • Time spent solely pursuing an M.Phil./Ph.D. does not count as teaching or research experience, unless it was done while simultaneously discharging teaching duties without availing leave. • All communication regarding shortlisting, interviews, and results will be sent only via email, so candidates should monitor their email regularly. • No modification to submitted application details will be entertained after final submission. • Government/PSU/autonomous body employees must apply through proper channel or submit an undertaking to provide a No Objection Certificate at the interview stage. • No TA/DA will be paid for attending interviews or other selection stages unless specifically notified. • Selected candidates must ordinarily serve at the Rajgir campus and should be willing to relocate. • Candidates who applied earlier under a previous advertisement must apply afresh. • Any canvassing will lead to disqualification, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
