Eligibility
• Project Director/Team Leader: MBA/B.E/B.Tech/or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Government Procurement with knowledge of GFR, GeM, CPPP. Experience in health/veterinary sector in executing large Programs in Govt./ PSU companies in Industrial Infrastructure/ Social Development/ Agriculture/ Animal Husbandry is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience as Team Leader. • Project Manager: MBA/PGDM or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years with at least 5 years of experience in executing large Programs in Govt./ PSU companies in Industrial Infrastructure/ Social Development/ Agriculture/ Animal Husbandry. • Procurement Expert: MBA (Finance) or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Government procurement. Experience in operating GeM & CPP portals. Tender document preparation, bid processing, work order issuing, contract management etc. • Finance & Accounts Expert: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance Expert) or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Government procurement and contract management. Experience in invoice verification, Bill processing, government accounting. Responsible for assisting with payment recommendation. • Senior Consultant: MBA/PGDM or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management/Logistics Operations would be preferred.
