Salary
Selected candidates engaged as consultants at NABCONS for Tribal Development Projects will be paid a consolidated monthly remuneration under Section 192 of the Income Tax Act, based on experience, educational qualification, and overall suitability. The remuneration is inclusive of all statutory deductions that NABCONS may be required to make on behalf of the contracted staff, and will be released after making statutory deductions. Tax will be deducted at source as per the Income Tax Act and Rules. There will be an annual revision in the remuneration by 5% within the range stated, which shall be considered after one year of satisfactory service. Candidates are not eligible for any other facilities or allowances such as leave encashment, performance bonus, or leave travel concession beyond what is mentioned in the notification.
