Salary
Selected UGD Helpers will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 27,000 – Rs. 46,675, as fixed for the post under the Corporation's cadre and pay rules.
Selection Process
• Selection is made purely on merit, based on the length of continuous service rendered in the qualifying category of employment with MCC - there is no written exam or interview. • Where two or more candidates have equal service length, the older candidate (by date of birth) is given preference. • If both service length and date of birth are identical, selection between such candidates is decided by lottery. • A provisional selection list is published per Rule 4 read with Rule 5, followed by objections/representations and a final list approved by the Selection & Direct Recruitment Authority-cum-Commissioner, MCC.

• Collect the prescribed application form from the MCC Central Office, Sayyaji Rao Road, Mysuru-570004 (forms are issued free of cost). • Fill in all columns of the application completely and accurately. • Affix a recent passport-size photograph and sign or affix a left-thumb impression on the form. • Attach self-attested copies of all supporting certificates listed under Documents Required. • Submit the completed application directly at the MCC Central Office on or before 9 October 2026, 5:30 PM. Applications sent by post or dropped off through any other channel will not be accepted.
