Age Limit
The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 44 years, both reckoned as on 1 July 2026 (01/07/2026). The following relaxations apply to the maximum age limit as per rules: Category: Relaxation SC, ST and BC: 5 (Five) years Ex-Service man: 3 (Three) years in addition to the length of service in armed forces Disable persons: 10 (ten) years
Selection Process
The District Selection Committee of the District Health Society will make the selection on the basis of marks out of 100: up to 90 for the qualifying examination and up to 10 for age. A merit list follows, and then a selection list.
How to Apply
• Download the application form and the instructions from the official website of Mulugu District. The notice does not print the website address. • Fill in the application form and paste one photograph on it. • Enclose self-attested copies of the certificates listed under Documents Required, with an acknowledgment card. • Submit the application in person or through Registered Post between 26 October 2026 and 31 October 2026, from 10:30 AM to 05:00 PM on working days. • For Registered Post, the address handwritten in the notice is: AYUSH Cell, O/o DM&HO Office, IDOC-Mulugu, Pin: 506343. Section VIII of the notice says that filled-in forms go to the O/o. the Collector & District Magistrate, Mulugu District. The handwritten correction on page 1 names the AYUSH Cell, IDOC-Mulugu, O/o DM&HO as the place to submit. Applications received after the due date will be summarily rejected.

Enclose self-attested copies of the following with the application form: • SSC or equivalent examination • Intermediate or 10+2 examination • Qualifying Examination Pass Certificate • Marks memos of all the years (qualifying examination) • Registration Certificates of Board of Indian Medicine (for AYUSH Doctor with PG Qualification and Medical Officer Posts) • Registration Certificate of the Telangana Pharmacy Council (for Pharmacist post) • Latest Caste Certificates issued by the Tahsildar / MRO concerned • Study Certificate for the years from 4th Class to 10th class and, in case of Private Study, Residency Certificate from the Tahsildar / MRO concerned • PH Certificate in respect of candidates claiming reservation under PH Quota • Relevant Certificates in respect of candidates claiming Ex-service man quota • 1 Photograph duly pasted on the application form • Acknowledgment card
