• Qualification: At least fifteen years of special knowledge and professional experience in business management, human resource management, skill development, higher education, public administration or related fields; government servants must hold or have held Secretary/Additional Secretary to the Government of India or an equivalent post in the Central or State Government. • Experience: At least fifteen years; if in or retired from government service, must hold or have held the post of Secretary/Additional Secretary to the Government of India or any equivalent post in the Central Government or State Government • Age limit: Maximum 62 years (as on the last date of receipt of applications) Other conditions: • Open to citizens of India • Applicant must be an able person of integrity and standing • Government servants must hold or have held Secretary/Additional Secretary to the Government of India or an equivalent Central or State Government post

• Fill the application in the prescribed proforma given with the circular; format also available on http://www.msde.gov.in. • Attach one passport size photograph. • Government servants enclose self-attested copies of ACR/APAR, integrity, vigilance clearance and penalty documents, with the employer's certificate. • Private sector applicants attach the relevant supporting documents. • Send in a sealed envelope through proper channel to Joint Director (E&P), MSDE, Room No. 317, Kaushal Bhawan, New Moti Bagh, New Delhi-23, or by email to [email protected]. • Superscribe 'Application for the post of Chairperson of NCVET'; application must reach by 02-11-2026, 5:30 PM.
