Vacancy Details
A total of 150 training seats have been announced for engagement as ITI Trade Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. These are distributed trade-wise across General (UR), SC, ST, and OBC (Other Backward Class) categories. The number of training seats is provisional and may change during scrutiny, which may also result in re-allocation of reserved category seats. Only M.P. domicile (Mool Niwasi) candidates are eligible. Candidates can apply for only one trade. Eligibility
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the respective cut-off dates. Only candidates with a 100% completed Apprentice profile on the NAPS portal are eligible to apply. Candidates can apply for only one trade and must not submit more than one application. Criteria: Details Domicile: Madhya Pradesh Mool Niwasi (M.P. domicile) only. Vacancies are exclusively for M.P. residents. Selection Process
Selection will be merit-based on ITI total percentage of marks obtained. No written examination is conducted. Final selection is subject to eligibility verification, category-wise vacancy, and medical fitness. In case of equal marks, older candidates will be given priority within the same category and trade. Stage 1 - Merit List (Based on ITI Percentage Marks) Applications received within the deadline will be screened for eligibility as per the advertisement. After screening, MPEZ Jabalpur will prepare a merit list in descending order of ITI total percentage marks, category-wise and trade-wise, for all applications received before the cut-off. In case of equal marks, the older candidate gets priority. Selection from waiting list may be done if required. Stage 2 - Document Verification Shortlisted candidates will be intimated and must appear for document verification at their own expense. Original documents along with self-attested photocopies must be produced. If a candidate fails to join within the stipulated time after selection, their selection will be treated as automatically cancelled. Stage 3 - Medical Examination Engagement of selected apprentices is subject to being declared medically fit. Final selection will be based on medical fitness certificate issued by the District Medical Officer (CMO). MPEZ is not liable to offer regular employment after training completion, nor shall any apprentice have any right to claim employment in MPEZ after the training period ends. • After completion of apprenticeship training, candidates must pass the exam conducted by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, as per Section 21(1) and (2) of the Apprentices Act, 1961, after which a National Apprenticeship Certificate will be issued. • These vacancies are only for M.P.
