Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions. Only Madhya Pradesh domicile (Mool Niwasi) candidates are eligible to apply. Candidates must mandatorily register on the NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in/) and have a valid Apprentice Registration Number before applying. Criteria: Details Domicile: Madhya Pradesh domicile (Mool Niwasi) only. Domicile certificate (Mool Niwasi Praman Patra) is mandatory. Portal Registration (Mandatory): 100% completed profile on NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in/) is mandatory before applying. Without a valid Apprentice Registration Number, the Apprenticeship contract cannot be offered. Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Electrical / Civil / IT / CSE), B.Com., or Diploma (Electrical / Civil Engineering) from a Government-recognized institution, passed between 2022 and 2026. Year of Passing: The candidate's date of passing the qualifying degree/diploma must not be more than 5 years from the date of NATS portal registration approval. Candidates who passed more than 5 years before NATS registration approval date will not get NATS registration approved, and their selection will be cancelled. Age is calculated as on 01-01-2026. Minimum age for all categories is 18 years. Upper age relaxation of 5 years is available for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and PwBD (Divyang) candidates. Selection Process
Selection will be purely merit-based on aggregate percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying degree/diploma examination. No written test is conducted. A waiting list will be maintained and may be used to fill vacancies as they arise. The waiting list will remain valid for one year from the date of announcement of the first result. Stage 1 - Screening & Merit List Applications received up to the last date will be screened for eligibility as per the advertisement. Candidates will then be ranked in order of merit (descending order of aggregate percentage in B.E/B.Tech/B.Com/Diploma). In case of a tie in marks, the candidate who is older in age will be given priority. If required, selection will also be made from the waiting list. Stage 2 - NATS Registration Approval Verification The date of passing the qualifying examination on the NATS portal must not be more than 5 years before the date of NATS registration approval. If NATS registration is not approved, the candidate's selection will be cancelled.
