Salary
All Subedar and Sub Inspector cadre posts (SAF, DEF, Arms, Photo, QD, Finger Print) carry Pay Level 9: ₹36,200 – ₹1,14,800. During the 3-year probation period, stipend is payable at 70% of minimum pay in year 1, 80% in year 2, and 90% in year 3, plus other allowances as approved by the government from time to time. Employees appointed on or after 01.01.2005 are covered under the Defined Contribution Pension Scheme.
