• Programme Coordinator for Legal Aid Programme: Master’s degree in law with 3-5 years practice/research in criminal law/prison reforms. • Programme Coordinator for Continuous Legal Education Programme: Master’s degree in law with 2-3 years research experience. • Senior Legal Fellow: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Law with minimum 5 years litigation experience in criminal law. • Junior Legal Fellow: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Law with 2-5 years litigation experience in criminal law. • Social Worker: MSW degree with prior field experience in criminal justice/rehabilitation. • Documentation Officer: Graduate/Postgraduate in Law/Social Work/Journalism with 2 years experience in documentation/research. • Office Support Staff: Higher Secondary (12th) with basic office equipment knowledge.
