Selection Process
The mode of selection for both posts is direct, in three stages: • Screening: A committee constituted by the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, Chairman, Board of Directors, MMMUT Foundation, checks all applications against the advertised criteria. Only candidates who meet the stated qualifications pass this stage. • Shortlisting: A committee nominated by the Chairman shortlists candidates in a 1:3 ratio on merit. This committee sets the shortlisting criteria. • Presentation: Shortlisted candidates make a presentation before the Board of Directors, MMMUT Foundation, which takes the final decision on appointment.

• Fill in the application form printed on pages 5 to 7 of the official notification (PDF). Add extra sheets wherever required. The University also directs candidates to its website for detailed instructions on filling in the form. • Give details of your education, industrial experience, startup experience, present employment, consultancy projects, project output, honours and awards, and other significant contributions. • Affix your latest colour passport photograph, then sign and date the form. • List the testimonials you are attaching in the space provided at the end of the form. • Mark the envelope or subject line "Application for the post of CEO / Incubation Manager, MMMUT Foundation". • Send the application to: Registrar, Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Kurnaghat Deoira Road, Gorakhpur (U.P.) 273010. • Make sure it is received by the last date.
