- For Assistant Grade (LDE): • Officers holding UDC posts with 5 years regular service in the grade (3 years for those already in service as per earlier rules). • Must fulfill conditions as per relevant Recruitment Rules. For Senior Horticulture Demonstrator: • B.Sc. (Horticulture) from a recognized University. For Subordinate Agriculture Service-I (SAS-I): • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture from a recognized University. Common Requirements (Direct Recruitment): • Computer Proficiency: As prescribed by Mizoram Group ‘A’, ‘B’ & ‘C’ posts Service Rules 2023. • Mizo Language Proficiency: Pass in qualifying test (exemption for those who studied Mizo up to Class-X or MIL). • Age Limit: 18 to 35 years as on 01.01.2026 (relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates).

• One-Time Registration: New users must complete One-Time Registration on the MPSC portal before filling the application. • Fill Online Application: Login and fill all personal, educational, and service details accurately. • Upload Required Documents: Upload scanned copies of educational certificates, experience certificates, Computer Proficiency Certificate, Mizo Language Certificate, etc. • Pay Application Fee: Pay the fee online (UPI using registered mobile number). • Submit & Verify: Submit the form and verify that the application status shows successful submission after payment. • Keep Printout: Take a printout of the submitted application for future reference.
