Eligibility
MAHAGENCO has 01 post of Consultant - Company Secretary (MNGEPL), Post Code HR01, in the OPEN category. Qualification and experience are counted as on 16 November 2026. • Qualification: Should be Graduate having Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. • Age limit: Maximum 38 years (Including Dept. Candidates). The form asks for the age as on 16/11/2026, and the date of birth must be the one on the Secondary School Certificate (SSC/CBSC/ICSE). • Remuneration: A consolidated amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rs one lac) per month. • Language: Candidates must produce a certificate showing knowledge of Marathi. This can be either a Secondary School Certificate Examination Board or recognised University certificate showing that the candidate passed the Secondary / School certificate Examination, Matric or a Higher Examination of University with Marathi Language, OR a certificate in the enclosed proforma. That certificate must be issued by a Professor of Marathi Language at a College / Institute affiliated to a recognised University, countersigned by the Principal, and state that the candidate can read, write and speak Marathi fluently.

Selection Process
Selection for the MAHAGENCO Consultant - Company Secretary (MNGEPL) post will be through a Personal Interview. • Meeting the minimum requirements does not by itself entitle a candidate to an interview call. Candidates will be shortlisted in line with the number of posts and the company's prevailing regulations, and if there are many applicants, suitable criteria may be applied. • Candidates attend the Personal Interview at the Examination Centre at their own cost and risk. MAHAGENCO will not be responsible for any injury or loss of any kind. • The select list will be prepared from performance in the Personal Interview. It will stay operative for 1 year after the result is declared. • Updates on the recruitment process will be published on the Company's website, www.mahagenco.in, from time to time. • Records of this selection process will be kept for three months from the date this advertisement's result is declared.
