Required Documents
• Updated Curriculum Vitae with contact details, email ID and mobile number, and a statement of languages known (speak/read/write). • Recent passport-size colour photograph. • Proof of date of birth (Class X Certificate / Admit Card / Birth Certificate). • Marksheets and degree certificates of MBBS and the Postgraduate Degree/Diploma (MD / DNB / Diploma in Psychiatry). • Valid registration certificate of the NMC / State Medical Council; for DNB holders, supporting documents as per NBEMS rules. • Experience certificates, including evidence of clinical research, structured-instrument administration or data-related work, if any. • Caste/Category Certificate in the prescribed GoI format, if claiming age relaxation. • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer, if employed in Government/PSU/Autonomous Body. It may also be produced at the time of interview.
Important Instructions
• Candidates presently employed in Central/State Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Bodies must submit an NOC at the time of interview, failing which they shall not be allowed to appear. • No Travelling Allowance / Dearness Allowance is paid for appearing in the interview. • Selected candidates must produce all original documents for verification at the time of joining. Candidature is liable to be cancelled at any stage if any information is found false or incorrect. • Appointees must keep participant and project data confidential and comply with the approved study protocol, Institutional Ethics Committee conditions, ICMR National Ethical Guidelines and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. They must sign a confidentiality/non-disclosure undertaking at joining, and any breach leads to immediate termination. • Canvassing in any form disqualifies the candidate. • The Director, LGBRIMH, reserves the right to cancel, modify or restrict the recruitment process, or to fill or not to fill any or all of the posts, without assigning any reason. The Director's decision is final and binding. • Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Tezpur, Assam only.
