The application fee is non-refundable.
Selection Process
The selection is based purely on the marks secured in the written test for Farm Manager and Programme Assistant. For the post of Stenographer, the mark secured in the skill test will be added to the score obtained in the written test to prepare the final merit list.

• Download the prescribed application form and information sheet from the official website ouat.ac.in. • Deposit the required application fee through Internet Banking, RTGS, or Green Channel Counter (GCC) to the specified Bank Account of the Comptroller, OUAT. • Fill in all entries in the application form clearly in block letters. • Affix a recent color passport size photograph in the designated space on the application form. • Attach self-attested copies of all certificates, mark sheets of all examinations passed, and the original counterfoil of the fee deposit receipt. • Super scribe the envelope containing the application as "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ............................................ along with advertisement No. and date." • Send the complete application form through Speed Post / Registered post so as to reach the Registrar, OUAT, Bhubaneswar-751 003 on or before 12 November 2026 (5:00 PM).

Important Instructions
• Employees are Contractual Project Staff till 100% funding of ICAR continues. • Employees are not entitled to terminal benefits and their service is coterminous with the Central project. • The candidate must have passed Odia as one of the subjects up to 7th standard. • In-service candidates must apply through proper channel with an advance copy and NOC. • Applications received after the due date and time will not be entertained. • Furnishing of false information will lead to disqualification or termination of service. • Transfer of KVK employees will be within the KVKs of OUAT only. • On appointment, the candidate shall serve in the KVKs for a minimum period of 01 (one) year and furnish an undertaking.
