Age Limit
Candidates for most posts must not exceed 40 years of age as on 01 July 2026, with the standard government relaxation applying to OBC-NCL and SC/ST candidates. Salary
Monthly remuneration is grouped into three tiers based on the post, and it also varies slightly depending on whether the place of posting falls under A, B, or C class city classification. Additional facilities include applicable benefits under the New Labour Code-2026 (Insurance, Gratuity, Bonus), TA for official travel beyond the project area, complementary Railway Pass for duty travel, rest house/hotel reimbursement while on duty, 15 days of fully earned leave per 6 months (accumulable but not encashable), and 8 days of Casual Leave per year. No overtime allowance is paid, as the fixed monthly remuneration already accounts for occasional extra working hours.

Important Instructions
These are contractual, fixed-term positions with specific conditions on tenure, transferability, and termination that differ from a regular permanent job. Candidates should be aware of the following before applying. • The contract period is initially 1 year, extendable further based on satisfactory performance, mutual consent, and KRCL's requirement; remuneration may be revised from the 2nd year onward at the Corporation's discretion. • Selected candidates can be posted and transferred anytime, anywhere within KRCL establishments during the contract period. • These posts are not regular establishment posts; KRCL maintains a standby panel of candidates beyond requirement, as per merit. • The contract can be terminated by either side with one month's notice or payment in lieu thereof. • Selected candidates must execute an agreement and indemnity bond of Rs. 50,000 in favour of KRCL on a stamp paper of Rs. 100 or more. • Candidates will not be absorbed into KRCL's regular service and must give a written undertaking to that effect. • Selected candidates must pass a prescribed medical examination before the contract is entered into. • Selected candidates must be able to join at the project site within a maximum of 30 days after the offer of appointment is issued. • No accommodation, food, or mess allowance will be provided by KRCL. • Any canvassing will result in disqualification of the candidate at any stage of selection.
