Selection Process
• Candidates report and register with the nominated KRCL official at the walk-in venue. • A Group Discussion (GD) or another elimination round (such as a written test) may be introduced depending on the number of candidates; only those who clear this round proceed further. • After preliminary screening of the applications submitted in person, only provisionally eligible candidates are interviewed by a nominated Committee. • The final merit list is drawn based on interview performance, qualification, and post-qualification experience. • The decision of the Nominated Committee of KRCL is final and binding. Selected candidates must pass a prescribed medical examination for fitness before the contract is entered into, and must be able to join at the project site/place of posting within a maximum of 30 days after the offer of appointment.
