• GM (O&M) - Regular & Deputation: Maximum 55 years. • AGM (O&M) - Deputation: Maximum 50 years. • Re-employment as Chief Manager/Additional Chief Operations & Maintenance Manager: Minimum 56 Years & Maximum 62 Years.
Salary
• Regular Post GM (O&M): Rs.120000-280000 (IDA) - E8 • For Deputation: As per deputation terms & conditions. • For Re-employment: Chief Operations & Maintenance Manager: Rs. 1,70,000/- per month. • Additional Chief Operations & Maintenance Manager: Rs. 1,46,000/- per month.
