- The recruitment is for the post of Guest Faculty in Physical Education on an hourly wage basis. Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Physical Education recognized by Kerala Agricultural University along with NET in the relevant subject conducted by ICAR, UGC, CSIR, AICTE, or an equivalent test approved by UGC. In the absence of NET qualified candidates, applicants holding a Master's degree in the concerned discipline recognized by KAU will be considered. Desirable qualifications include a Ph.D. and teaching experience, which will carry additional weightage during evaluation. • The appointment is purely provisional for the semester until the appointment of regular hands, whichever is earlier. • The candidate will have no claim in the University other than to receive the remuneration attached to the post. • The engagement will not confer any right of permanency or regularization in Kerala Agricultural University. • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or for handling the sessions. • The university authority reserves the right to terminate the service if performance is found unsatisfactory or any defects are noticed.
