Eligibility
• For Individual: Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized institution/University. • Adequate Knowledge of government SoR and OPDW code. • Retired Government Engineers. • Experience in relevant work shall be given preference. • Residence in local jurisdiction shall be given preference. • For Firms: Registered Firms having experience in DPR preparation and estimate preparation.
Salary
• The remuneration shall be paid on percentage basis subject to approved project cost on project to project basis subject to approval of competent authority. • No other allowance or benefits shall be admissible.
Selection Process
• Selection shall be made based on eligibility, experience and technical competence as assessed by the competent authority. • The candidate / Firm shall quote the percentage of project cost at which they are willing to engage and the lowest bidder shall be preferred. • There might be a video conferencing session if necessary under intimation.
