Application Fee
Category: Fee General/Other candidates: ₹100 SC/ST candidates of Jharkhand State: ₹50 • The fee is non-refundable. • Candidates eligible for both Advt No. 04/2026 (regular vacancy) and Advt No. 05/2026 (backlog vacancy) can apply through a single application, and only one exam fee is payable since a single common exam will be conducted for both. • If a candidate applies for only one advertisement, they need to pay only one applicable fee.

Selection Process
Selection for both the regular and backlog vacancies will be based on a single-stage written examination (Main Exam), conducted in OMR/Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. If any subject's exam is conducted in multiple groups/shifts, scores will be normalised as per the formula published on the JSSC website, and the merit list will be prepared based on normalised marks. All questions will be objective, multiple-choice type, and there is no negative marking for wrong answers.

Select whether you are applying for the regular vacancy (04/2026), backlog vacancy (05/2026), or both. • Pay the exam fee online after logging in again the next day (post 12:00 noon). Only one fee is payable even if applying for both advertisements. • One day after fee payment, log in again to upload your scanned photograph and signature. • Verify all details, submit the form, and take a printout for future reference.

Important Instructions
