Salary
Selected candidates for both Class-IV (MTS) and Sanitation Worker posts will be placed in Pay Level SL1, carrying a pay scale of ₹14,800 – ₹47,100, as per Annexure-D of the notification.

Selection Process
Selection for JKSSB Class-IV (MTS) & Sanitation Worker Recruitment 2026 will be based on an Objective Type Written Test followed by Document Verification, with the overall merit determined using written test marks plus additional weightage points. • Written examination will consist of Objective Type, Multiple Choice Questions set in English only. • Negative marking applies: one-fourth of the marks assigned to a question is deducted for each wrong answer. • Total marks are distributed between the written test and additional weightage points, and the split differs by cadre as shown below.
