Applicants are shortlisted on the basis of the details in the application, the CV and the documentary proof provided. The list of eligible candidates will also be shown on the JIPMER website. Only shortlisted candidates are called for the written test and/or interview. If there are a very large number of applications, stricter criteria may be used to decide eligibility. The final selection is based on the CV, the application and the written test/interview, and the Project Investigator's decision is final.

• Print the application form (REC-03), which is attached to the official notification, on A4 paper. Fill it in block letters with a blue pen. • Write the post name at the top. Affix a recent passport-size photo without stapling it. Fill in your personal details, educational qualifications from SSLC onwards, previous employment and language proficiency. • Complete the optional sections: your experience in up to 500 words, research experience or publications, whether you are willing to travel to the field, and contact details of previous employers. Then sign the declaration. • Scan the filled form, your CV and supporting documents into one PDF.
