Strike out the posts not applied for. • Affix a recent passport size photo (do not staple), fill in personal details, educational qualifications from SSLC/Matriculation onwards, previous employment, a description of your experience (up to 500 words), and contact details of previous employers, then sign the declaration. • Answer the form's question on willingness to undertake record review, participant interviews and field visits, and to travel between study locations in Puducherry and Karaikal. • Scan the filled form, CV and self-attested supporting documents into one PDF, with certificates in the order of the checklist. • Name the PDF as "Candidate Name_Post-name_year_application" (the notice's example: "James__PTS1_2026_application"). • Email it to [email protected], writing the name of the post applied for in the email subject line. • Send it by 5:00 PM on 19 November 2026. To apply for two or more posts, fill a separate form for each post and send each with its enclosures in a separate email.
