Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 30 years as on the last date of receipt of applications (5 November 2026). The application form asks for your age on that date in years, months and days.

• Print the application form attached to the notice (REC-03: Application Format) on A4 paper and fill it in block letters with a blue pen. • Affix a recent passport-size photo in the space provided. Do not staple it. • Complete every part of the form: personal details, any SC/ST/OBC status (attach proof), the criminal case or disciplinary action question, Tamil and other language proficiency, educational qualifications from SSLC/Matriculation onwards, previous employment, a description of your experience in up to 500 words, research experience or publications, willingness to travel, contact details of previous employers, and the signed declaration. • Scan the filled form together with your CV and supporting documents into one PDF. • Name the PDF in the format "Candidate name_Post-name_year_application" (the notice's example is "James_DEO_2023_application"). • Email the PDF to [email protected], with the name of the post applied for (Project Nurse) in the email subject line. • Send the complete application by 5 November 2026, up to 5 pm. A candidate applying for two or more different posts must fill in a separate application form for each post and send each one, scanned with its enclosures, in a separate email.
