Print it on A4 paper and fill it in block letters with a blue pen. • Affix a recent passport size photo in the space on the form, without stapling. • Attach the CV and the supporting documents, and scan the form, CV and documents together as one PDF. • Name the PDF as "Candidate name_Post-name_year_application", for example "James_PN-III_2026_application". • Email the PDF to [email protected] with the subject line "Application for PN-III – SAFE-FEED Trial". • Send the email so that complete applications reach by 25 November 2026, up to 5:00 PM.
