Eligibility
One Gram Rozgar Sahayak is to be recruited in each of the following 23 gram panchayats. In the last column, "Women" means the post is reserved for women of that category and "Mukt" means it is not reserved for women within that category. Age Limit
As on 01.01.2026, the applicant must be not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years. Candidates of reserved categories get age relaxation as per rules.
Selection Process
A selection committee constituted at the Janpad Panchayat level will prepare a gram panchayat-wise merit list. After approval by the District Programme Coordinator (Collector), the appointment order will be issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Bijapur. The merit list is prepared out of 100 marks: Component: Marks Marks obtained in the minimum educational qualification: 70 percent weightage One-year computer diploma/certificate (PGDCA/DCA/ITI) from a recognised institution: 15 marks At least six months' experience as Panchayat cum Data Entry Operator: 15 marks OR experience on at least an equal honorarium post in government rural development schemes: 05 marks for 06 months, plus 01 mark for each further 06 months, maximum 15 marks • If no SC/ST woman candidate is available, a male candidate of the same category may be selected. • In gram panchayats from which no applications of eligible candidates are received, a candidate of the same category living in a nearby gram panchayat (within Janpad Panchayat Bijapur) may be selected according to merit. • The decision of the Collector and District Programme Coordinator, District Bijapur, on applications and selection will be final and binding.
