• Qualification: 12th passed (for SC/ST 10th passed, for 8th passed if others not available); One-year diploma/certificate in PGDCA/DCA/IT from a recognized institution or Data Entry Operator qualification • Age limit: 21 to 40 years (as on 1 January 2026) Other conditions: • Candidate must be a native resident of the concerned Gram Panchayat Desirable: • One-year diploma or certificate (PGDCA, DCA, ITI) from a recognised institution • At least six months' experience as data entry operator in a Panchayat
