Computers / B.Com. (Computers). Librarian: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Library Science / Library and Information Science (BLib.Sc / B.Lib.Sc.) from a recognized University. Age Limit
The section on qualifications and age limits gives a minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 44 years for all four posts. The note on page 1 of the notification instead gives a minimum of 18 years, with the same maximum of 44 years.
Selection Process
A merit list will be prepared for each category based on the marks obtained in the written exam and/or interview. It will be displayed on the Jangaon District website. • Exam venue: Main Conference Hall, IDOC Complex, Collectorate, Jangaon District. • What to bring: Any valid identity proof, a black or blue ball point pen and an exam pad only. • Medical test: Mandatory for every candidate attending the examination. The DM&HO, Jangaon, conducts it in the premises of the IDOC, Jangaon. • Certificate verification: All relevant original certificates relating to educational qualifications, age and other eligibility conditions shall be verified before engagement.
How to Apply
• Fill in the Resume / Bio-Data Form. • Paste your photograph on the form. • Enclose self-attested copies of the certificates listed below. • Submit the form at the District Education Office, First Floor, Room No - F27, Collectorate, Jangaon District. Documents to enclose: • SSC or equivalent examination certificate with Bonafide Certificate • Intermediate or 10+2 examination certificate with Bonafide Certificate • Qualifying Examination Pass Certificate with Bonafide Certificate • Marks memos of all the years (qualifying examination) • Latest Caste Certificates issued by the Tashildar / MRO concerned • Study certificate for the years from 4th Class to 10th Class; in case of Private Study, a residency certificate from the Tashildar / MRO concerned • 1 photograph pasted on the application form • Aadhaar Card photocopy
