• Guest Lecturers are invited as per need or for a maximum of one training session. If training work or conduct is not satisfactory, the Principal / head of institute may decide to continue or remove the Guest Lecturer after giving an opportunity of hearing. • Services end automatically when the government makes a regular, transfer or contract posting on that post; if such a posting happens during the process, the process for that post ends automatically. • No leave except government holidays; no claim to government service will be accepted. The applicant also affirms in the affidavit never to claim a regular post. • A candidate invited by more than one institute/trade/subject who joins at one place has the selection at the others cancelled automatically. Separate applications are required for each institute/trade/subject. • Incomplete, unclear or incorrect applications will be rejected without intimation. • Write a correct, clear mobile number in the form; the applicant is responsible if not reachable on it. • The number of posts may be reduced, increased or cancelled. In any dispute, the decision of the Joint Director, Training, Regional Office Bastar Region, Jagdalpur / committee is final and binding. • Guest Lecturers engaged will be subject to the final decision in case WPS 4836/2020 filed in the High Court of Chhattisgarh.
