Criteria: Details Educational Qualification: Degree from a recognized University Shorthand Speed: 120 w.p.m. in English Computer Knowledge: Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, etc. Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years (relaxation as per GoI rules)
