Post: Vacancies | Pay Joint Director (Peripatetic Training): 01 (Anticipated) | Level-12 in the Pay Matrix, Rs. 78800 to Rs. 209200 Deputy Director (Economics and Planning): 01 | Level-11 in the Pay Matrix, Rs. 67700 to Rs. 208700 The Joint Director post falls vacant from 17 March 2027. The Deputy Director post has been vacant since 1 May 2020. Both posts are classified as General Central Service Group 'A' Gazetted, Non-Ministerial.
Eligibility
Age limit: For both posts, applicants must not be over fifty-six (56) years of age on the closing date for receipt of applications.
Selection Process
The posts are filled on deputation. When the selection is made, a Selection Committee assesses the information in each applicant's bio-data together with the documents submitted for the essential qualification and work experience. The parent (borrowing) department must also give its own comments confirming the applicant's essential qualification and work experience for the post applied for.
How to Apply
• Download the eligibility conditions and the bio-data proforma from the ISTM website. Annexure-II (A) is the proforma for Joint Director and Annexure-II (B) is the proforma for Deputy Director. • Fill in the bio-data in quadruplicate (four copies). Include your education, your employment record in chronological order, and the pay level of each post you held on a regular basis. Do not show ACP/MACP pay against those posts; list it separately. • Submit the application to your own department. The Competent Authority must check your details against your service record, countersign the application with the office seal, and fill in the Employer/Cadre Controlling Authority certificate. • Your department forwards the application through proper channel to Shri Ram Bhagat Kushwaha, Under Secretary (ISTM Section), Training Division, Block-IV, 3rd Floor, JNU (OLD) Campus, New Delhi-110067. • The application must reach that address within 60 days of the advertisement's publication in the Employment News / Rozgar Samachar.
