Salary
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly pay as per the post, with an annual increase of 3% on the monthly pay. Post Name: Consolidated Pay (Per Month) Engineering Manager: ₹200,000/- Lead Engineer (R&D): ₹125,000/- Manager (Training & Skill Development): ₹80,000/- Assistant Manager (Technical): ₹50,000/- Assistant Manager (Information Technology): ₹50,000/- Executive (Finance): ₹30,000/- Executive (HR & Administration): ₹30,000/- All posts are on contract basis for a tenure of five years, extendable for a further period subject to organisational requirements and individual performance. The place of posting for all selected candidates is ISTC, Kochi.
Application Fee
• Application fee: ₹400/- (Non-refundable, plus bank charges extra) • Payment mode: Online only (Debit card/Credit card/Internet Banking), from 01 September 2026 to 18 September 2026. No other mode of payment shall be accepted. • Applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST) are exempted from payment of application fee. • All other applicants must pay the application fee; candidature is considered only on receipt of the fee.

How to Apply
• Go through the User Manual and FAQ published on the official ISTC website before filling the online application. • Complete the One Time Registration on the SAP Online portal. • Submit the application against the applicable post through https://istcindia.org between 01 September 2026 and 18 September 2026. Applications submitted directly or through any other mode shall not be accepted. • Upload all certificates towards proof of age, educational qualification, experience, caste, etc., along with a recent passport-size colour photograph. • Verify all entries carefully before final submission, as changes after submission are not permitted. Applicants should not submit more than one application. • Retain a soft copy/printout of the online application containing the unique registration number generated by the system, to be quoted for any correspondence with ISTC. • Do not send the application printout, certificates, or application fee by post to ISTC - only the online mode is accepted.

Important Instructions
