- Candidates must meet the following essential requirements to be considered eligible. • Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply. • Only candidates who passed their qualifying examination as regular students are eligible. • Candidates who completed their Degree/Diploma during 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 are eligible, provided they join within 5 years of acquiring the degree (calculated from the month and year of passing as stated on the degree certificate). Candidates who passed before 2022 are not eligible. • If this 5-year window lapses by the time of offer, the candidate will not be offered training even if empanelled or waitlisted. • Ex-apprentices, or candidates currently undergoing apprenticeship, or those with one year or more of job experience in the government/public/private sector as on the date of joining, are not eligible. • Candidates who have done sandwich courses, private degrees, or short-term/certificate courses, or who are pursuing higher studies (e.g., B.E./B.Tech while applying as a Diploma apprentice, or M.E./M.Tech while applying as a Graduate apprentice), are not acceptable. • Combining apprenticeship with any other institution is not permitted.

Selection Process
• All applications received will be screened, and selection panels will be prepared based on the candidates' academic scores at Degree/Diploma level. • Induction of apprentices against vacant training positions will be made strictly based on their position in the merit panel. • Only selected candidates will be informed through an offer letter sent by email. • Only shortlisted/empanelled candidates will be called for document verification, subject to the availability of vacant apprenticeship positions. • Candidates shortlisted for document verification are not eligible for Travelling Allowance.

• Register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at nats.education.gov.in and obtain a NATS Enrolment Number. • Download and fill the Application Form (Annexure-1) attached with the official circular. • Attach scanned copies of all required documents listed above in PDF format. • Email the completed application along with documents to [email protected], with the subject line "Application for Graduate/Technician Apprenticeship Category". • Ensure the application reaches within the stipulated last date of 3 August 2026.

Important Instructions
• All correspondence with candidates will be done through email only; MCF, Hassan will not be responsible for any loss of email due to an invalid/wrong email ID provided by the candidate, or delivery to a spam/bulk mail folder. • Candidates are responsible for downloading and printing their own application form/offer letter. • Non-registered candidates on the NATS portal are likely to have their applications rejected. • Any discrepancy found in name, age, Diploma/Degree percentage, year of passing, or caste/tribe details at any stage will be treated as disqualification. • No interim correspondence will be entertained, and canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification. • Selected candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of joining and execute a contract of Apprenticeship Training as per the Apprentices Act, 1961. • Apprentices will have no claim whatsoever for regular employment in ISRO or any other Centre/Unit of ISRO/Department of Space after completion of the training period.
