Salary
Selected candidates will be placed in Level-11 of the Pay Matrix (Rs. 67,700 – Rs. 2,08,700), with approximate gross emoluments of Rs. 67,700 per month plus admissible allowances. Gross Emoluments Scientist/Engineer SD (Post Code 01–06): Level-11 (Rs. 67,700 – Rs. 2,08,700) | Rs. 67,700 per month + admissible allowances In addition to Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) and Transport Allowance are payable as per extant rules. Employees are covered under the National Pension System/Unified Pension Scheme, along with medical facilities for self and dependents, subsidized canteen, quarters facility (in lieu of HRA), Leave Travel Concession, Group Insurance and House Building Advance, as admissible under DOS/Central Government orders.

Selection is based on the online application submitted through the ISRO Live Register portal: • Initial screening of applications to shortlist candidates for interview. • The prescribed qualification is the minimum requirement and does not by itself make a candidate eligible for interview or selection. • Final selection is based purely on performance in the Personal Interview. Candidates also have the option to give the interview in Hindi.
