Salary
Post: Pay Level / Pay Rail Welding (EA) Technician: Rs. (22000 - 63000) + allowances The selected candidate will be paid initial Basic of respective pay scale, Variable DA (presently @55.7%), and Allowances @15% of Basic. No HRA shall be given to Contract Employees on Pay Scale; instead, Bachelor Accommodation shall be provided at Project Sites. Contract Employees shall be granted an annual increment of 3% on Basic Pay based on performance.

Important Instructions
• The contract is for an initial tenure of 2 years, which may be extended further after two years based on performance and project requirement. • Contract Employees on pay scale shall execute a service bond of Rs. Five Lakhs for serving the company for an initial period of 2 years and subsequent extended period (if any) up to a maximum of three years. • The appointment is co-terminus with the project and will not confer any right to claim absorption in the regular establishment. • Candidates must bring original certificates in proof of age, community, educational qualifications, and experience to the interview. • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in-interview unless as per rules, though TA/DA/CTA is admissible during service as per regular employee entitlement. • Medical Health Insurance Policy of Rs. Five Lakhs for self with a premium ceiling of Rs. 8,000/- per annum shall be taken by the employee and reimbursed upon receipt submission.
