Eligibility
• Manager/Rajbhasha (E-3) Master's degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level. OR Master's degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level. AND Full time Diploma in translation (Minimum one year) from a Govt. recognized university/Institute. Minimum 5 years experience in translation from English to Hindi and Vice-versa, preferably in Govt./Semi-Govt./Railway Organization/Public Sector Undertaking /Autonomous Bodies. Desirable: Knowledge of official language policy of Govt. of India and its implementation. Knowledge of Hindi typing on computer. • Master's degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level. • OR • Master's degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level. • AND • Full time Diploma in translation (Minimum one year) from a Govt. recognized university/Institute. • Minimum 5 years experience in translation from English to Hindi and Vice-versa, preferably in Govt./Semi-Govt./Railway Organization/Public Sector Undertaking /Autonomous Bodies. • Desirable: Knowledge of official language policy of Govt. of India and its implementation. Age Limit
• Maximum Age: 37 years • Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Govt. of India guidelines and IRCON's departmental/contractual employees as per extant Recruitment Rules of IRCON.
Salary
• Scale of Pay: Rs. 60000-180000/- + allowances + PRP (IDA) • Compensation Package: Basic Pay, Variable DA (presently @55.7%), HRA (depending on place of posting i.e. 30%, 20% & 10% for X, Y & Z grade cities respectively)/ lease rent, Allowances presently@35%, Performance Related Pay (Variable-based on performance rating), Leave Encashment, Mobile phone expenses, Liberal Medical including indoor medical benefits for self and dependents, Employer's contribution towards EPF & Pension scheme, Gratuity, Welfare schemes and other Fringe benefits as per rules of the Company.
