Selection Process
Direct Recruitment. The selection process shall comprise a written examination and/or screening followed by a Skill/Trade Test and/or interview, as decided by the Institute in accordance with the applicable Recruitment Rules. The assessment may include fundamentals of electronics and instrumentation, analog and digital electronics, electronic devices and circuits, measurement and instrumentation, data acquisition and control, computer interfacing, electronic system development, and practical troubleshooting of electronic equipment.
