• Download the prescribed application form given in Annexure I of the notification. • Fill in the application form in English or Hindi. • Affix a self-attested recent colour photograph in the prescribed place. • Attach self-attested photocopies of the required documents. • Enclose two recent passport-size colour photographs. • Enclose a self-addressed blank envelope bearing a Rs. 50 postal stamp. • Write “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF FOREMAN OF STORES” in bold letters on the envelope. • Also mention the category under which the application is being submitted. • Send the application by ordinary post so that it reaches the prescribed address by 3 November 2026.
