How to Apply
• Download the application proforma (Annexure-I) and the forwarding authority certificate format (Annexure-II) from www.indiapost.gov.in. • Fill the application in duplicate, attaching self-attested copies of age proof, educational qualification, driving experience certificate, driving licence, appointment letter, and caste certificate (if applicable). • Have the forwarding authority complete and sign Annexure-II, along with the Integrity Certificate, penalty list/NIL certificate, Vigilance Clearance Certificate, and attested APAR copies for the last five years. • Send the complete application, through proper channel only, to: The Manager, Mail Motor Service, Bengaluru-560001. • Applications must be sent by Speed Post only, within 60 days from the date of publication of the notification in Employment News.
Required Documents
Applications must be submitted in duplicate, in the prescribed proforma (Annexure-I), together with a certificate from the forwarding authority (Annexure-II) and the following documents: • Integrity Certificate • List of major/minor penalties imposed during the last 10 years (or a "NIL" certificate if none) • Vigilance Clearance Certificate • Attested photocopies of APAR for the last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25), attested on each page by a Gazetted Officer wherever applicable • Experience certificate for driving LMV and HMV vehicles for three years, attested by a Gazetted Officer • Valid driving licence for LMV and HMV, attested by a Gazetted Officer • 10th standard certificate, attested by a Gazetted Officer • Caste certificate, if applicable (for SC/ST candidates, to be verified at a later stage)
Important Instructions
• Applications not forwarded through proper channel, or received without the requisite certificates and documents listed above, will not be entertained. • Incomplete applications, or those missing required documents, will be rejected without notice. • Candidates who apply will not be permitted to withdraw their candidature subsequently. • In case of any discrepancy, the English version of the notification is treated as final.
